Grantie Mesa Health Center will be one of the newest in the Asista family of Health Centers. It will be complete in the Fall of 2008 and will offer the highest quality skilled and long term care available. Granite Mesa is designed to provide the highest level of care while maintaining a Texas hill country atmosphere.

Granite Mesa Health Center is currently under construction and will be a state of the art facility when complete in the Fall of 2008. Locally owned and operated, Granite Mesa Health Center will have 124 licensed beds for customer care. Whether patients require long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitative services or respite care, Granite Mesa will be an outstanding choice. The Health Center will be certified to participate in both Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs.

Granite Mesa is located on 5 acres in the heart of Marble Falls. It has convienient access to all major medical facilities in the area.  Each room will have large windows designed to bring in the outdoors. Our peaceful, neighborhood setting will include an outdoor side walks, garden flowers and serene surroundings.
