Granite Mesa is located on 5 acres in the heart of Marble Falls. It has convenient access to all major medical facilities in the area.  Each room has large windows designed to bring in the outdoors. Our peaceful, neighborhood setting includes outdoor side walks, garden flowers and serene surroundings.

Locally owned and operated, Granite Mesa Health Center has 124 licensed beds for customer care. Whether patients require long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitative services or respite care, Granite Mesa is an outstanding choice. The Health Center is certified to participate in both Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs.
